Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

It is possible for there to be delays at anytime due to postal service problems that are outside of our control. Or if we are dealing with a large amount of orders to go out, but we always try our best to have them sent in a timely manner.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping to anywhere in New Zealand.

Free pick up from 9 Mclean Place, Woodend.

$2 delivery to Rangiora or Woodend.

South Island shipping- $5.00 (Free if order is over $80.00)
North Island shipping- $10.00 (Free if order is over $100.00)
Rural South Island shipping- $10.00
Rural North Island shipping- $15.00

PLEASE NOTE: If any order is 15kg or over, or large in size, or awkward or very delicate to send, then shipping will be an extra $5.00. (Decided at our discretion)

If we do an urgent shipment, or weekend delivery there may also be an extra cost, but we will inform you of that at the time of booking courier.

Local delivery
$2 local delivery is available for orders of any amount within Woodend and Rangiora. 
Deliveries are made between 10am - 2pm on week days. We will contact you via text message or email with the details you provided at checkout to notify you when your order will be delivered. 

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 9 Mclean Place, Woodend. After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready to be picked up along with instructions. 
We are flexible on pick up times, but please inform us of when you plan to come.
Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping
If you are wanting anything shipped internationally, please inquire.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Charmed Gifts Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charmed.gs@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
